Coach the Coach – Webinar Series with Morgan Painchaud

Morgan is the Employment Program Manager at Canucks for Autism Network, where she leads initiatives that support autistic youth and adults in finding meaningful employment. Since 2017, she has worked in the disability and inclusion sector in a variety of roles, combining her passion for equity with her experience in program development and community partnerships to create more inclusive opportunities for all.

In this session, you’ll gain practical tools to better support athletes with diverse mental, sensory, and physical needs. You’ll also explore strategies for fostering inclusive language, environments, and coaching practices—helping you expand your toolkit to ensure every athlete feels supported and empowered to succeed.
