Coach the Coach – Webinar Series with Rich Fagan

To thank our local organizations and coaches, we are excited to offer a series of webinar presentations during National Coaches Week. These sessions, hosted by local speakers, are designed to support your continued commitment to professional development.

Rich Fagan has been a key member of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC MLS Academy since 2010. Over the years, he has worked across all age groups and both both genders within the club, from U11 boys and girls to serving as an assistant coach for both senior first teams. He currently serves as the Academy Technical Director for the Whitecaps. In addition to his club responsibilities, Rich has recently held assistant coaching roles with both the Canadian youth and senior national team.

In this session, you’ll learn about the importance of communicating with both players and parents, as well as the importance of individualized development planning.
