Guide to the Games (Lhtako Quesnel 2024)

FREEPacificSport Okanagan will be running an in-person Guide to the Games session, on February 7th at the Rotary Centre for the Arts: Mary Irwin Theatre.
The Guide to the Games is for athletes, coaches, parents, officials and technical staff who are attending the Lhtako Quesnel 2024 BC Winter Games February 22-25, 2024.
The event is free but registration is mandatory. We also invite you to join us for the Community Sport Hero Awards. At this event we recognize Athlete and Sport Leaders who have gone and beyond in 2023. At the award ceremony we will invite BC Winter Games attendees on the stage for a Good Luck send off.
Objectives of the Guide to the Games is to:
- Increase understanding of the BC Games and the logistics of the Games.
- Explore ways athletes can gain full benefit from their BC Games experience.
- Provide specific information and tools to support preparation for the BC Games.
- Provide practical information regarding their upcoming BC Games experience.
