Laura oversees the Communications & Events for PacificSport Okanagan.
Laura brings her passion for coaching, sports, and events to our team. Her love of sport allowed her to swim varsity while completing her undergrad at McMaster University. She moved to British Columbia to work for the University of British Columbia – Okanagan as a Research Analyst. Later she oversaw the inside operations for Big White’s Ski & Board School. Her passion for coaching led her to pursue work overseas in New Zealand as a Snow Sport Instructor.
Now back in Canada she is excited to channel her multifaceted skill set into her work with PacificSport Okanagan and the valuable work they do in the region. She continues to coach with Big White Freestyle throughout the winter season.
